Properties & Special Feature

  • Versatile nickel base alloy for joining and surfacing high temperature resistant nickel base alloys, cryogenic steels and joining austenitic steels to ferrite steels.
  • Fully austenitic weld metal resistant to hot cracking & embrittlement.
  • Weld metal retains toughness even after exposure to temperature up to 1000°C.
  • Weld metals it highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation.

    • Principal applications

    Hot shear blades, frop forge dies, heating elements, hot working tools, swages, dies and press tools, Sleeves of High Pressure Die Casting Machines, Ni-alloy Hast alloys etc.
