We are aware of impact of these initiatives on conservation of fast depleting, non-renewable metal resources, so we have invested our knowledge capital, and resources in developing a wide range of products and processes: Low Heat Input arc welding electrodes and Gas Brazing products, Cold Repair compounds etc., which deal with very challenging, yet cost -effective maintenance and repair applications and preventive maintenance solutions.

Creation of "DeltaTherm" brand is a result of extraordinary commitment to quality and in-depth research. Today we are customers' first choice in joining, overlay, cutting and wear protection welding. We believe in handholding with the customer to identify critical wear factors affecting the life of the components through ingenious diagnostic procedures, and identifying the best suited solution through "application engineering" approach.

Challenged by the diversities in the field welding conditions the SUN-ULTRA Institute research team has innovated and developed coatings for stick electrodes to overcome the problems posed by limitations of available welding equipment, skill level, heat input, unknown base metal, contaminations, etc.

In order to provide integrated Total solutions to the customers, the company has added complementary product lines that aid the reclamation and wear protection solutions through welding. "Delta Bond" range of polymeric cold repair compounds, and an All India tie-up with famous German brand of "MetaLine^®" range of elastomeric compounds are product and technology initiatives with an aim of complementing the existing product and service package to provide the customer a host of solutions to choose from, and handle critical maintenance repair challenges.

At our Research & Development center at GWALIOR, we utilize the most advanced scientific measuring and detection devices available to current technology for formulation of products and undertaking critical wear metal analyses. These help us in continuous improvement and development of new products, some of which have carved a niche for themselves in handling critical applications. One of the major differentiator is our ability to develop custom products designed to meet challenging needs, in any quantities requested.

We have built an impressive bank of Certified Application Documents over the years which is accessed by engineers and customers as a ready reference for successful applications, and captures critical diagnostic details, product selection and application procedure.

Sun Ultra believes in constant training and skill-enhancement of its sales and service personnel, ensuring that its field staff is updated on the latest advancements in technology in order to recommend the best-suited products and processes to the customers. There is a very structured basic training for new entrants, and refresher programs for existing staff conducted at regular intervals.

We also conduct customized Seminars and Training Sessions for customer's engineers and welders regularly to share fundamentals of reclamation technology and our success stories. The company has a vast base of channel partners; company-owned and operated depots to ensure timely supplies and provide local support in case of emergency breakdowns. Sun Ultra has a pan India presence through these depots and stockists.
