    A unique: welding alloy for joining & over laying all types of steel for high heat and corrosion resistance, Ideally suitable for highly restrained joints and joining of carbon steels to other steels like stainless steels, mild steel, high alloy and special steels, exceptionally easy to handle either with a short arc or as contact.

    Principal Applications

    Furnace parts, bucket corner cracks, ball-trunion of dozers, alloy steel pumps, valves, build up shafts, joining unknown stainless steels, track lines, hot dies gears, rools, combustion charpber parts etc.

    Procedure

    Clean weld area of any surface contamination and stringer beads, Intermittent welding may be used to avoid heat build up. Preheat is not necessary
