    • Recommendations

    This is unique welding alloy to resist high temperature and severe abrasion and erosion. This is used where a combination of hardness and toughness is anticipated on carbon and alloy steel, manganese steels and steels.

    Princial Applications

    Pub mill knife, paddles, rolling mill guiders and tube mills. Dragline buckets, wear pads, Dozer blades, lip portion of buckets. Screw conveyors, blast furnace bells, and hoppers, Sinter plant disintegrators, oratory crushers, or crushing rolls, slurry pumps, billets, conveyors, coke pushers shoes and fabrizer hammers.

    Procedure

    Clean weld area & remove damaged and fatigue material. One pass overlay is generally recommended. If more build up is required. Use cushion layer of AS-7 for steels, AS-5 for manganese steels, Use medium arc length and in vertical position deposit stringer bead
